The problem it fixes

1 layer alone tells half the story.

Your own rating shows how you see the company; evidence shows what it does. Score only 1 and you lose your context or the hard facts.

How it works

2 layers, 1 composite.

  1. Score your view

You rate each facet yourself. This is the subjective layer.

  2. Score the evidence

The same facet is scored from evidence. Both layers must use the same scale.

  3. Set the weights

Weights come from 1 of 4 modes: calibrated, fixed, facet-specific or zero-subjective. Calibrated mode uses your self-awareness tier.

  1. Blend per facet

Composite = (your score Γ— its weight) + (evidence score Γ— its weight). Each facet shows all 3 numbers.

  2. Feed the report

Facet composites feed the Faceted Assessment Frameworkβ„’ and the audit report.

The outcome

A score you can trust and explain.

Each facet most likely reads closer to reality, and you can see how much of it came from your own view.

Results are most likely to follow if the process is followed properly, with good intention and best effort.
