These are the words we sign. Each one is yours to hold us to.
- Risk-free stage guaranteeAt every stage, if the systems are not properly built or cannot be implemented and the cause sits on our side, nothing is charged beyond deliverables already delivered and accepted, however long that stage takes.
- What is guaranteedThe systems are designed, built, implemented and proofed. Every stage carries a written gate, measurable indicators and a definition of done. We guarantee systems, and systems guarantee results: most likely and mostly, if the process is followed properly, with good intention and best effort.
- What is not guaranteedAny revenue, profit or growth figure. Those are projections. Revenue is just 1 result among many.
- Workshops and diagnosticsA day that ends without its named deliverable, for a cause on our side, is not invoiced.
- Retainers, coaching, membershipMonth to month; cancel any month; unused prepaid hours refunded on request; no price change without written opt-in; cancelling is no harder than signing up.
