The idea
Every stage needs its own help
You built the company, and you keep looking for help to grow it. Some of that help never lands. It is often good help, made for a later stage. A sales playbook cannot fix work that lives only in your head.
SOCIETY™ is the LeapCode™ maturity framework, also called the Trajectories Framework. It names how a company grows up, in 7 stages climbed in order:

Stages 1 to 3 run inside 321 Leap OS™, Done For You. Stage 4 runs in UpLeap OS™, Done With You.
Inside Standardize, each of the 3 moves is bound to 1 Flow Gear: Do to Implement, Document to Think Tank (CORE), Delegate to Delegate. Stages 5 to 7 come after our installs. We use them to name where you are, so no help arrives too early.
