Sarfaraz has run business and projects at Al-Sa’ee in Karachi since 2013, taking products from the business plan to registration, packaging, sales and project delivery. He is also Chief Growth Officer at As-Sadiq Sharia Consultancy & Research Center, where a Sharia gap analysis is paired with Lean, Kaizen, SWOT and BSC process improvement.

Before that, he led business development at Greaves Pakistan (a Ghulam Faruque Group company) and Secure Vision, and built a new security, solar and ICT venture from the ground up for Intech Solutions of Tanzania in Dar es Salaam. He heads trainings and member relations at the Pakistani Executive Forum, and teaches family business management, succession planning and governance as a PhD scholar in entrepreneurship.

Credentials: CSCM, CPM (ILSSI-UK) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). Based in Karachi.
