Who these are for
These are for 2 founders: the one who wants to test the method before the method tests the business, and the one mid-programme who needs 1 specific thing built in 1 specific room.
Every workshop is priced on its own contact hours plus 3 preparation hours per delivery day. Every client pays the same price for the same size of work. That is the whole pricing logic, and it is why no 2 of these cost the same.
The Rooms
Visionfulness™, Level 1
4.5 hours. You leave with a written vision, the stage your business is actually in, and a 1-page vision map you can hold up in a meeting. For the founder who can describe the challenge in detail and the destination not at all.
Timefulness™
2 days, 16 contact hours, for you and your leaders. It gives the team back the hours the business has been quietly taking, by naming where they go, who may take them, and what changes on the calendar next week. Add a 3rd day and bring the families: the people who pay for those hours get to sit in the room where they are discussed.
Business Growth Retreat
3 days, 24 contact hours. The 2 Vision phase of 321 Leap™, complete: the audit becomes a vision, a strategy map, and the indicators your managers will own by name. This is the room where a plateau turns into a plan with owners on it.
Process Development Retreat
2 days, 16 contact hours, straight after the Business Growth Retreat. The strategy map becomes your 1st 5 processes, each with an owner, a definition of done and a line on the scorecard. We document them; you keep them whether or not you ever run a programme with us.
Audit + Retreat
4 to 6 weeks. Growth Readiness Index (GRI) audit, Growth Readiness Score (GRS) report and the Business Growth Retreat (BGR).
Looking for training rather than a working room? Training and workshops are provided by our corporate partner Purposelee.
The gate, and the guarantee
- A day that ends without its named deliverable, for a cause on our side, is not invoiced.
- Travel, lodging, meals, stationery and props for on-site work are billed at cost, itemised, with receipts.
