Pricing details: how we price.
The rules behind every price, from currency to what is included. See the prices on the Pricing page.
Currency
- USD is our main currency. PKR, when shown, appears in brackets after the USD amount.
- Every quote prints its currency, the exchange rate used, the source of that rate and its date. The rate is fixed for the 14 days the quote holds.
- Prices are shown without any hidden fee. Taxes, if any, appear on the quote.

How a price is made
- The fee follows the work: the hours of our time, the build in your tools, coaching and a written Gate check.
- Every client pays the same price for the same size of work. Services are never discounted. A smaller size of the work costs less, but never the same work for less.
- Every proposal prints our fee as a share of your monthly topline, including months where that share flatters nobody.

What is billed on top, at cost
- Travel, boarding, lodging and meals for onsite work.
- Stationery and props for workshops.
These appear on the quote before you agree. They are not marked up.
What is not included
- Software, apps and automation purchases or rentals. These are your own purchases. We find the most cost-effective option, open source where it serves, and recommend the tool we would choose for ourselves.
- Fees to lawyers, tax advisers and auditors.
What is included
- Systems design, build, implementation and optimisation.
- Transfer of the wisdom behind the systems to you, so future ventures need no consultant.
- Team training on every system built.
Paying us
- Payment terms are on each quote.
- Online payments run through a third-party payment gateway. We never see your full card number.
- Refunds and cancellation: see the Refund Policy.
- We guarantee the system, never the revenue.
