LeapCode ยท Delivery Policy

Delivery policy

We deliver services, not parcels. This page explains how our work reaches you, when, and what makes it count as delivered.

No physical shipping

Everything we sell is a service delivered digitally or in person. We do not ship goods, so there are no shipping fees or courier delays.

How we deliver

  • Remote by default. Calls and workshops run by video. Documents, checklists, scorecards and templates are shared in a shared workspace or by email. Software that is part of a build is set up in your own accounts.
  • Onsite by agreement. Where an onsite visit helps, we agree dates in writing. Travel, boarding, lodging and meals, and stationery and props for workshops, are billed at cost and shown before you agree.
  • Time zone. We work in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5), 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We book across time zones.

Stages and gates

Our builds run in Stages. Each Stage ends in a written Gate: a short list of what must exist and work, with measurable checks, set before the Stage begins.

  • The length of each Stage is in your agreement. Our fixed-length builds run 13 weeks for a unit install and 6 weeks for a Sprint.
  • At each Gate we hand over what was built, show it working, and ask you to accept it.
  • Delivered means the parts meet their Gate criteria, not that a business result has happened.
  • If a Stage is not delivered for a cause on our side, the risk-free stage guarantee in our Refund Policy applies.

What we need from you

  • The access, documents and people named in your agreement, on the dates agreed.
  • A named owner for each system, who joins the Gate check.
  • Decisions within the time the plan allows.

If these arrive late, the dates move by the same number of days. We tell you in writing as soon as we see a delay coming.

If a date slips

If we are late for a cause on our side, we tell you and give a new date. For a Stage, the stage guarantee decides what you owe. For a single session, you may take a new date or a full refund for that session.

Acceptance

You accept a deliverable when it meets its Gate criteria, or when 10 business days pass after handover without a written objection saying which criterion is not met. We fix what is not met, and the Gate is checked again.
